Gloobit Maps has been obliged by a law and/or agreement to present the following legal notifications.

Gloobit Maps local and map information

In this part the significance of the words that have been written with the upper-case letters has been defined in the Globepointer™ service conditions (a link) or Globepointer™/Gloobit Maps Terms of use (a link). These legal notifications are included with this reference to the use conditions of the Gloobit Maps atlas. By using the Gloobit Maps atlas, you bind yourself to observe and follow these additional terms.

The rights of the authorities to use, to change, to copy, to publish, to perform, to set forth or to uncover this technical information has been restricted in the individualised agreement concerning technical information and other than commercial commodities regarding phrase, according to the 3 subsection of section b. When copying the technical information that has been equipped with this definition note or their parts, the notes in question also must be copied. Another person than an authority must notify the party that has been named in the front at once if he gets hold of such information.

ANNOUNCEMENT CONCERNING RESTRICTED LICENCES (June 1987)

This information is given with restricted licences according to the authority agreement no. _____ ( if necessary, the subcontract no. ______). The authority may copy and may use this information on that specific restriction that the information does not get without the written permission of the party used for production purposes or uncovered outside the authorities, with the exception, that the authority may uncover this information to the external quarters to the following purposes, if there are any, on condition that the authority will uncover the information and add a prohibition concerning another use and further exposure: There are no other purposes of use which entitle for the detection of information.

Additional restrictions concerning the municipality limits

The information concerning municipality limits must not be used for the creation or management of such applications which help define prices or tax degrees for certain address or for certain addresses.
